  • Meet your board members: Jen Lee, Derek Walker, Barb Carroll.

    • Attend advisory meetings, create agenda, take meeting minutes

    • Help with community website/facebook page

  • Yard waste pickup and trash pickup service days.

    • Please don’t overstuff a single bin and once full take to the road for pick up. Make note in the different type of bins we have. Yard waste only in the green bins. No fencing, just what grows in the ground and knock off as much soil as possible. If it gets too heavy, they will not pick up. Trash goes in the black bin. Anything left out next to the bins will not be picked up by the City. If we have bulk items that don’t fit in the bins, we have to call the City for a bulk pick up and this does incur a cost, so we try to limit this or plan so that it can happen in one pick up.

  • Common plot (#19), we use for storage of community tools, wood mulch is for everyone.

  • What to expect at first monitoring session of the season.

  • Path maintenance by all plot owners.

  • Compost delivery Saturday 25 March. Can only delivery 3 yards at a time, will need to add a second date for additional gardeners.

  • POCs for different area/tasks
